Q:What kind of battery do you use? And what’s the cycle time? A:We use the built-in Lithium-ion battery,and the cycle times for all the booster is 1000 times. Q:What happens if put clamps on wrong? Is there as a safety mechanism? A:With the smart clamps, it is reverse polarity protected and spark proof also anti slip in standard operating mode. Q:Do you have any other product lineup? A:So far we have 12V jump starter,12V jump starter+air compressor and 24V jump starter. Q:Can it be stored in below freezing conditions for long periods of time? Like in the trunk of a car when its extremely cold out? A:Recommended storage temperatures are -4ºF (-20ºC) to +122ºF (50ºC). Storing Boost outside of these ranges can cause damage to multiple crucial components of the jump starter. Q:Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
